The Punta and Playa villas come with golf cart (all stays). Minimum stay 3 nights. No maid service on Sunday for both villas below.

Punta Martineau
November 15 through April 30: $1,100 per night (three night minimum)
May 1 through November 14: $900 per night (three night minimum)
$1,100.00 per night applies to all US Calendar Holidays and Holiday weekends.

Playa Martineau
December 15 to April 30 > $1,275.00
May 1 to December 14 > $1,000.00
Holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July & the like $1,275.00
